Organization/Charter

FMCCU is organized under the laws of the State of Maryland. The Credit Union is owned and operated by and for all members. Each member is an equal owner regardless of the size of their deposit. After expenses and legal reserves are set aside, all profits are returned to the members in the form of dividends and interest paid to accounts.
